General Rule

1. Maximum Stay: 1 year

2. Combinations: Permitted on all classes. The most restrictive fare rules/conditions are applied.

3. Reroute: Not permitted

4. Cancelation/Refund:

- In case of partial refund, refund the different (if any) between the fare paid and applicable one-way fare of used routing minus refund fee. If there is no one-way fare, use fare with the next higher booking class for recalculation.

- Please contact online helpdesk or Air Cambodia Branch Offices for refund request.

5. Change:

- In case of multiple penalty fees, the highest fee of all changed fare components applies.

- Passenger must pay fare difference and change fee (if any).

- The change fee is non-refundable.

6. Upgrade: Not applicable

7. Downgrade: Refund the original ticket in accordance with the fare rule and issue a new ticket.

8. Children/Infant discount

- Accompanied children from 2 to under 12 years old: Charge 75 percent of adult net fare

- Accompanied infant under 2 years old without seat: Charge 10 percent of adult net fare

- Children/Infant discounts apply to: Cancelation/Refund/Change fees, Stopover charges, Added amount.

4. Cancelation/Refund:

- In case of partial refund, refund the different (if any) between the fare paid and applicable one-way fare of used routing minus refund fee. If there is no one-way fare, use fare with the next higher booking class for recalculation.

5. Change:
