  | Air Cambodia Co., Ltd. (IATA code: K6, ICAO code: KHV, abbreviated as ACC) is the national flag carrier of Cambodia, established by the Royal Government of Cambodia through a Sub Decree. In addition to operating commercial flights, ACC is responsible for VIP flights for the Royal Family and the Prime Minister. Prime Minister Hun Manet pointed out that Air Cambodia is a national strategic infrastructure, playing a pivotal role in passenger and cargo transportation, as well as in promoting trade, tourism, and economic cooperation in the Kingdom of Cambodia. The history of Cambodia's flag carrier dates back to October 15, 1956. For nearly 70 years, it has been dedicated to supporting Cambodia's vision of becoming a high-income nation. The government has consistently appointed 3-4 ministers or deputy ministers to serve on ACC's Board of Directors (BOD). | 
 
 In addition to the Royal Government of Cambodia, ACC's shareholders include Henan Airport Investment Group (a major state-owned enterprise in China); Vietnam Airlines (the country's national flag carrier), etc. ACC operates extensive domestic and international routes, serving destinations across Southeast Asia, India, and Japan. As well as major Chinese cities including Guangzhou, Zhengzhou, Nanning, Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Fuzhou, Beijing, Shanghai, and Macau. Additionally, ACC holds exclusive seventh freedom rights for flights to Haikou, and fifth freedom rights for flights between Phnom Penh, Fuzhou, and Tokyo. Through code-sharing agreements with Vietnam Airlines and other partners, ACC also connects passengers to destinations in France, the UK, and Australia.

 ACC is proudly serving the Kingdom and sincerely soaring together with the Kingdom. It is the only airline in Cambodia to hold IATA Operational Safety Audit Certification (IOSA) and the only airline to have received a three-star rating from Skytrax. Guided by the principles of "attention to detail, localization, and internationalization," ACC fosters a corporate culture that treats employees as "internal passengers." In the first half of 2025, operating income continued to grow by 34% year-on-year, and gross profit increased by 25% year-on-year.  |
