1. Passengers must purchase air tickets via Air Cambodia’s sale channels.
2. To purchase MAAS, passengers must directly visit any of our branch offices or agencies or make an online purchase via the official website: www.aircambodia.com. Passengers must purchase this service option at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled departure time (Cambodia local time, UTC +7:00).
3. Once the MAAS has been purchased and confirmed, the passengers are ready to travel and enjoy their journey.

1. Meeting the passengers with a welcoming board at the arrival gate or at the aero bridge before passport control and customs.

2. Expedited escorting and assistance through passport control & customers.

3. Escorting to baggage claims hall and help with luggage.

4. Escorting to the airport arrival hall or to the prearranged transportation.

5. Escorting to the departure hall for the connecting flight.
