• To purchase Extra Baggage, passengers shall directly visit any of our branch offices or agencies or make an online purchase on our website. Passengers shall buy this service option at least 4 hours before departure.
• Once the Extra Baggage has been purchased and confirmed, the passengers are ready to travel and enjoy their journey.
• Our company reserves the right to retain final decision-making authority and discretion to make adjustments without prior notice.

Passengers who require additional checked baggage at the airport may purchase extra baggage at the applicable airport rate. Charges vary by routing and baggage weight/piece, as detailed in the table herewith:

An oversized baggage fee applies to checked baggage exceeding the standard permitted dimensions. The applicable charge is collected per piece at the airport and differs between domestic and international routing, as shown below:

- Preferred Seat Option: 
Passengers may select a preferred seat at the airport, subject to seat availability and the aircraft operating the flight. Applicable charges vary by route and seat category, including the first row of Economy Class, emergency exit seats, the second row, and other available seats, as detailed below:

- Upgrade to Business Class on ATR72-600:
Passengers travelling on selected ATR72-600 operated routes may purchase an upgrade to the designated Business Class seating area at the airport, subject to availability. The applicable routes, row numbers, and upgrade fee are shown below:

Passengers may purchase an airport upgrade from Economy Class to Business Class on eligible A320/A321 operated flights, subject to seat availability. Upgrade charges vary by route and applicable fare category, as detailed below:

Paid Wheelchair Assistance Service on Phnom Penh (KTI) ⇄ Bangkok (BKK) Route

Effective for travel from 12 July 2026

Air Cambodia is introducing a paid wheelchair assistance service for passengers travelling on the Phnom Penh (KTI) ⇄ Bangkok (BKK) route.
This policy is intended to ensure that wheelchair assistance remains available for passengers who genuinely require the service while improving operational efficiency and reducing unnecessary requests.

Service Fee

• USD 30 or THB 1,200 per passenger
• Applicable to both departing and arriving sectors on the KTI ⇄ BKK route
• Payment must be made at the departure airport
• Applies to tickets with travel commencing on or after 12 July 2026

Complimentary Wheelchair Service

Passengers who are medically unable to walk may receive wheelchair assistance free of charge upon presentation of a valid medical certificate or other acceptable supporting medical documentation, subject to verification.

Important Information

During peak operating hours at Phnom Penh (KTI) and Bangkok (BKK), wheelchair assistance upon arrival may be delayed due to high passenger volume and ground handling operations. We kindly ask for your understanding and recommend allowing additional time when planning your journey.

Other Air Cambodia Routes

Wheelchair assistance on all Air Cambodia routes other than Phnom Penh (KTI) ⇄ Bangkok (BKK) will continue to be provided free of charge in accordance with the airline's standard service policy.
